Sales Team (3 Positions)
ROLE:
Achieve sales targets ensuring agreed margin
Devolep and Maintain relationship with the customers
Support the customer's needs for proposols,sales.installation.maintenance,billing and debt collection
Esure the customer's requirment are identified and are translated in a buisness proposol
follow up installation activities at customers' premises and ensure it is done as per promised dates
Promote Q-ITC image by effective resolution of complaints and disputes and by providing excellent customer service
Coordinate with other units within Q-itc to ensure higher level of customer services

THE IDEAL APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom) or Business Administration.
At least 3-4 years experience in selling telecom, IT or similar technology to business customers.
Preferably government Must be Arabic and English speaking.
Good technical understanding and proven business sense. Strong customer services background.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent selling & negotiation skills.
Must be Arabic and English speaking(goverment sector we need 2 the rest is not required arabic )
Initiative, self-motivated and a goal getter.

Web Design Engineer - E-Commerce.
We are looking for a Website Designer to assist in the design, build and development of high quality Websites. The successful candidate will report to the directors/project managers.
The role has excellent growth prospects within the company and the successful candidate will be given full training and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the creativity in the design and build of Web projects for the company’s client and have direct responsibility for many large corporate projects
You will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Website usability and search engine optimisation techniques
Your work will be fully compliant with the latest standards and you will understand how to work in a source-safe, multi-worker, large project environment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4-5 years commercial experience in the development of Websites.
Highly proficient at hand-coding in advanced CSS and XHTML with an excellent grasp of Web standards and accessibility issues.
Ability to build Websites using table-less, CSS-based layouts.
Basic working knowledge of Flash is required, although a greater understanding and ability of Flash would be preferred.
Experience of Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
A good eye for design and the ability to take a concept design and extend and apply it to a whole Website.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience of Freehand and other similar software.
Experience of working with Content Management Systems.
Experience and good understanding of accessibility guidelines and standards.

Knowledge of Website and email marketing.

Ability to lead a growing team of designers and manage projects within your team.
